class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u70ba\u7c21\u5316\u5546\u6a19\u7533\u8acb\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4f5c\u696d\uff0c\u667a\u6167\u8ca1\u7522\u5c40\u8fd1\u65e5\u5df2\u767c\u5e03\u4fee\u6b63\u5546\u6a19\u6cd5\u65bd\u884c\u7d30\u5247\u76f8\u95dc\u898f\u5b9a\u4e26\u81ea104\u5e747\u670813\u65e5\u5be6\u65bd\uff0c\u8aaa\u660e\u5982\u4e0b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e00\u822c\u7533\u8acb\u6848\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u53ca\u5c55\u89bd\u6703\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u4e4b\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6<\/strong><!--more--><br>\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u63d0\u51fa\u5546\u6a19\u8a3b\u518a\u7533\u8acb\u5f8c\u516d\u500b\u6708\u5167\uff0c\u5c31\u540c\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u6216\u5168\u90e8\u7684\u5546\u54c1\/\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4ee5\u76f8\u540c\u5546\u6a19\u5411\u570b\u5916\u8207\u53f0\u7063\u6709\u76f8\u4e92\u627f\u8a8d\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u7533\u8acb\u4e4b\u570b\u5bb6\u6216WTO\u6703\u54e1\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8acb\u6642\uff0c\u5f97\u540c\u6642\u4e3b\u5f35\u8a72\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8acb\u7684\u65e5\u671f\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u5f8c\u4f86\u7533\u8acb\u6848\u7684\u65e5\u671f\uff0c\u53cd\u4e4b\u4ea6\u7136 ; \u63db\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u5916\u570b\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u53ef\u4f9d\u64da\u5176\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u5728\u570b\u5916\u7533\u8acb\u4e4b\u76f8\u540c\u5546\u6a19\u5230\u53f0\u7063\u7533\u8acb\u8a3b\u518a\u4e26\u540c\u6642\u4e3b\u5f35\u512a\u5148\u6b0a ; \u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u6b64\u516d\u500b\u6708\u671f\u9650\u4e4b\u5546\u6a19\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u4e3b\u5f35\u4e5f\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u8a72\u5546\u6a19\u70ba\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u5728\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u4e3b\u8fa6\u6216\u8a8d\u53ef\u4e4b\u570b\u969b\u5c55\u89bd\u6703\u4e0a\u6240\u5c55\u51fa\u4e4b\u5546\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4ea6\u5373\u81ea\u8a72\u5546\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52d9\u5c55\u51fa\u65e5\u5f8c\u516d\u500b\u6708\u5167\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8acb\u8005\uff0c\u5176\u7533\u8acb\u65e5\u4ee5\u5c55\u51fa\u65e5\u70ba\u6e96\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u5f8c\u7533\u8acb\u6848\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u65e5\u671f\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u5be9\u67e5\u8981\u4ef6\u4e4b\u57fa\u6e96\u65e5\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u5be9\u67e5\u5b98\u5728\u5f15\u7528\u524d\u4f8b\u4f86\u5224\u65b7\u67d0\u5546\u6a19\u8a3b\u518a\u7533\u8acb\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408\u5546\u6a19\u8981\u4ef6\u4e4b\u65e5\u671f\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u70ba\u65e9\u65bc\u8a72\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u65e5\u671f\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u66f4\u80fd\u4fdd\u969c\u5546\u6a19\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u4e4b\u6b0a\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f9d\u4e0a\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u7533\u8acb\u53f0\u7063\u5546\u6a19\u8a3b\u518a\u5982\u540c\u6642\u4e3b\u5f35\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u6216\u5c55\u89bd\u6703\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\uff0c\u5176\u9700\u5728\u7533\u8acb\u65e5\u540c\u6642\u6216\u4e4b\u5f8c\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u5167\u6aa2\u9001\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u667a\u6167\u8ca1\u7522\u5c40\u5c0d\u65bc\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u6216\u5c55\u89bd\u6703\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u4e4b\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u539f\u660e\u5b9a\u8981\u6c42\u6aa2\u9001\u6b63\u672c\uff0c\u4e0d\u5f97\u7528\u5f71\u672c\u63d0\u51fa\u800c\u91cb\u660e\u5176\u8207\u6b63\u672c\u76f8\u540c (\u9664\u975e\u8a72\u6b63\u672c\u5df2\u65bc\u53e6\u7533\u8acb\u6848\u5148\u884c\u63d0\u51fa\uff0c\u5247\u53ef\u9001\u5f71\u672c\u4e26\u8f09\u660e\u539f\u5377\u5b58\u6848\u865f)\uff0c\u60df\u56e0\u73fe\u5728\u5916\u570b\u5546\u6a19\u8a3b\u518a\u7533\u8acb\u5f8c\u5df2\u666e\u904d\u53ef\u5728\u76f8\u95dc\u7db2\u7ad9\u67e5\u8a62\u5230\u5176\u7b49\u516c\u544a\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u6545\u800c\u6b64\u6b21\u4fee\u6b63\u5f8c\u5df2\u653e\u5bec\u5546\u6a19\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u6216\u5c55\u89bd\u6703\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u4e4b\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u53ef\u7528\u5f71\u672c\u4e26\u91cb\u660e\u8207\u6b63\u672c\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u63d0\u51fa\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u5982\u9700\u67e5\u6838\u5f71\u672c\u771f\u5be6\u6027\uff0c\u667a\u6167\u8ca1\u7522\u5c40\u4ecd\u6703\u901a\u77e5\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u6aa2\u9001\u6b63\u672c\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc\u67e5\u6838\u7121\u8a1b\u5f8c\u518d\u767c\u9084\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u3002<br>\u53c8\u4f9d\u53f0\u7063\u73fe\u884c\u6642\u52d9\uff0c\u5982\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u7533\u8acb\u5546\u6a19\u4e26\u4e3b\u5f35\u6b50\u76df\u6216\u7d10\u897f\u862d\u4e4b\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u76f8\u95dc\u8cc7\u6599\u7686\u53ef\u81ea\u7db2\u8def\u4e0b\u8f09\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5c0d\u65bc\u6b50\u76df\u6216\u7d10\u897f\u862d\u4e4b\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u6216\u7576\u5730\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u5747\u4e0d\u5fc5\u5bc4\u4f86\u53f0\u7063\uff0c\u800c\u7531\u53f0\u7063\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u4e0b\u8f09\u5217\u5370\u9001\u5c40\u5373\u53ef\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5206\u5272\u7533\u8acb\u66f8\u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u6587\u4ef6<\/strong><br>\u5c0d\u65bc\u5be9\u67e5\u4e2d\u6216\u5df2\u8a3b\u518a\u4e4b\u5546\u6a19\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5f97\u5c31\u6240\u6307\u5b9a\u4f7f\u7528\u4e4b\u5546\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u5206\u5272\u70ba\u4e8c\u500b\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e4b\u8a3b\u518a\u7533\u8acb\u6848\uff0c\u8a72\u5206\u5272\u5f8c\u4e4b\u5404\u6848\u6240\u6307\u5b9a\u4e4b\u5546\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52d9\u4e0d\u5f97\u91cd\u758a\uff0c\u4e14\u4e0d\u5f97\u8d85\u51fa\u539f\u6848\u6307\u5b9a\u4e4b\u5546\u54c1\u6216\u670d\u52d9\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u800c\u5206\u5272\u6848\u4e4b\u7533\u8acb\u65e5\u4ee5\u539f\u6848\u4e4b\u7533\u8acb\u65e5\u70ba\u6e96\u3002\u667a\u6167\u8ca1\u7522\u5c40\u539f\u8981\u6c42\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u9700\u6309\u5206\u5272\u4ef6\u6578\u6aa2\u9001\u5206\u5272\u7533\u8acb\u66f8\u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u6587\u4ef6(\u5982\u59d4\u4efb\u66f8\u548c\u512a\u5148\u6b0a\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u7b49)\uff0c\u60df\u56e0\u672c\u5e74\u5e74\u521d\u8d77\u6539\u63a1\u7dda\u4e0a\u5be9\u67e5\u4f5c\u696d\uff0c\u96fb\u8166\u7cfb\u7d71\u53ef\u4f9d\u5206\u5272\u4ef6\u6578\u81ea\u52d5\u7522\u751f\u7533\u8acb\u66f8\u526f\u672c\u7b49\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u6545\u800c\u6b64\u6b21\u4fee\u6b63\u5f8c\u5c0d\u65bc\u5be9\u67e5\u4e2d\u4e4b\u5546\u6a19\u8a3b\u518a\u7533\u8acb\u6848\u7533\u8acb\u5206\u5272\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u514d\u9664\u61c9\u6aa2\u9644\u7533\u8acb\u66f8\u526f\u672c\u7b49\u6587\u4ef6\u4e4b\u7e41\u7463\u7a0b\u5e8f
