{"id":6969,"date":"2014-01-22T12:13:55","date_gmt":"2014-01-22T04:13:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unionpatent.com.tw\/?p=6969"},"modified":"2023-03-07T12:19:36","modified_gmt":"2023-03-07T04:19:36","slug":"taiwans-patent-law-adds-border-protection-measures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unionpatent.com.tw\/taiwans-patent-law-adds-border-protection-measures","title":{"rendered":"\u53f0\u7063\u5c08\u5229\u6cd5\u589e\u8a02\u908a\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u63aa\u65bd"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u6309\u5c08\u5229\u6cd5\u4fc2\u63a1\u5c6c\u5730\u4e3b\u7fa9\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7e31\u7136\u65bc\u6211\u570b\u5df2\u7d93\u53d6\u5f97\u5c08\u5229\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u65bc\u4ed6\u570b\u672a\u53d6\u5f97\u5c08\u5229\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u8cbf\u6613\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u5247\u767c\u751f\u5728\u4ed6\u570b\u6240\u5408\u6cd5\u751f\u7522\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u537b\u4fb5\u5bb3\u6211\u570b\u5c08\u5229\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u3002\u800c\u5728\u570b\u969b\u8cbf\u6613\u4ea4\u6d41\u983b\u7e41\u7684\u4eca\u65e5\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u6b64\u7a2e\u5c08\u5229\u4fb5\u5bb3\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\uff0c\u5404\u570b\u5747\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u908a\u5883\u7ba1\u5236\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u5373\u9650\u5236\u4fb5\u6b0a\u7522<!--more-->\u54c1\u4e4b\u9032\u53e3\uff1b\u800c\u5728\u6b50\u76df\u3001\u4e2d\u570b\u5927\u9678\u8207\u65e5\u672c\uff0c\u5247\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u9650\u5236\u5176\u9032\u51fa\u53e3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u73fe\u884c\u53f0\u7063\u5c0d\u65bc\u5c08\u5229\u6b0a\u4fb5\u5bb3\u7684\u908a\u5883\u7ba1\u5236\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4e26\u672a\u898f\u5b9a\u65bc\u5c08\u5229\u6cd5\u4e2d\uff0c\u800c\u4fc2\u7531\u5404\u5730\u6d77\u95dc\u4f9d\u7167\u300c\u6d77\u95dc\u914d\u5408\u57f7\u884c\u5c08\u5229\u53ca\u8457\u4f5c\u6b0a\u76ca\u4fdd\u8b77\u63aa\u65bd\u4f5c\u696d\u8981\u9ede\u300d(\u6700\u65b0\u4fee\u8a02\u65e5\uff1a2012\u5e7410\u67081\u65e5)\u4f86\u57f7\u884c\u3002\u65bc\u8a72\u4f5c\u696d\u8981\u9ede\u4e2d\uff0c\u4fc2\u8981\u6c42\u5c08\u5229\u6b0a\u4eba\u5148\u53d6\u5f97\u6cd5\u9662\u5047\u8655\u5206\u4e4b\u88c1\u5b9a\u5f8c\uff0c\u518d\u63d0\u4f9b\u8ca8\u7269\u9032\u51fa\u53e3\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u8cc7\u6599(\u9032\u3001\u51fa\u53e3\u6642\u9593\u53ca\u5730\u9ede\uff0c\u88dd\u904b\u9032\u3001\u51fa\u53e3\u904b\u8f38\u5de5\u5177\u540d\u7a31\u3001\u822a\u6b21\u7b49)\uff0c\u59cb\u80fd\u7531\u6d77\u95dc\u4f86\u914d\u5408\u8fa6\u7406\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7e41\u7463\uff0c\u5c0d\u5c08\u5229\u6b0a\u4eba\u4e4b\u6b0a\u5229\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u4f3c\u6709\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6709\u9451\u65bc\u6b64\uff0c\u7acb\u6cd5\u9662\u65bc2013\u5e741\u67083\u65e5\u901a\u904e\u5c08\u5229\u6cd5\u589e\u8a02\u689d\u6587\u4e2d\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u65b0\u589e\u8a02\u7b2c97\u689d\u4e4b1\u81f3\u4e4b4\u908a\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u689d\u65874\u689d\u3002\u53c8\u7acb\u6cd5\u9662\u9644\u5e36\u6c7a\u8b70\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6a5f\u95dc\u8207\u8ca1\u653f\u90e8\u61c9\u65bc\u4e09\u8b80\u901a\u904e\u516c\u5e03\u65e5\u8d772\u500b\u6708\u5167\u5b8c\u6210\u76f8\u95dc\u914d\u5957\u63aa\u65bd\u8fa6\u6cd5\u3002\u8a72\u65b0\u589e\u689d\u6587\u696d\u7d93\u7e3d\u7d71\u65bc2014\u5e741\u670822\u65e5\u516c\u5e03\u3002\u65b0\u589e\u689d\u6587\u5167\u5bb9\u7c21\u8ff0\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u67e5\u6263\u4e4b\u7533\u8acb\uff1a<br>\u5c08\u5229\u6b0a\u4eba(\u7533\u8acb\u4eba)\u5c0d\u65bc\u6709\u4fb5\u5bb3\u5176\u5c08\u5229\u6b0a\u4e4b\u865e\u4e4b\u9032\u53e3\u7269\uff0c\u5f97\u4ee5\u66f8\u9762\u91cb\u660e\u4fb5\u5bb3\u4e4b\u4e8b\u5be6\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u64d4\u4fdd\u91d1\uff0c\u5411\u6d77\u95dc\u7533\u8acb\u67e5\u6263\uff1b\u800c\u88ab\u67e5\u6263\u4eba\u5f97\u63d0\u4f9b\u53cd\u64d4\u4fdd\u4ee5\u5ee2\u6b62\u67e5\u6263\u3002\u4e26\u5728\u4e0d\u640d\u53ca\u67e5\u6263\u7269\u6a5f\u5bc6\u8cc7\u6599\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e0b\uff0c\u96d9\u65b9\u5747\u5f97\u5411\u6d77\u95dc\u7533\u8acb\u6aa2\u8996\u5176\u67e5\u6263\u7269\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u67e5\u6263\u4e4b\u5ee2\u6b62\uff1a<br>\u65bc\u7533\u8acb\u67e5\u6263\u5f8c\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u672a\u65bc12\u65e5\u5167\u63d0\u8d77\u4fb5\u6b0a\u8a34\u8a1f\u4e26\u901a\u77e5\u6d77\u95dc\u3001\u8a34\u8a1f\u7d93\u99c1\u56de\u78ba\u5b9a\u3001\u7d93\u5224\u6c7a\u78ba\u5b9a\u672a\u4fb5\u6b0a\u3001\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u4e3b\u52d5\u7533\u8acb\u5ee2\u6b62\u67e5\u6263\u6216\u88ab\u67e5\u6263\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u53cd\u64d4\u4fdd\u6642\uff0c\u6d77\u95dc\u61c9\u5ee2\u6b62\u67e5\u6263\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u67e5\u6263\u884d\u751f\u8cbb\u7528\uff1a<br>\u67e5\u6263\u7269\u4e4b\u8ca8\u6ac3\u5ef6\u6eef\u8cbb\u3001\u5009\u79df\u3001\u88dd\u5378\u8cbb\u7b49\u6709\u95dc\u8cbb\u7528\uff0c\u5982\u7d93\u6cd5\u9662\u78ba\u5b9a\u5224\u6c7a\u8a8d\u70ba\u67e5\u6263\u7269\u4fb5\u5bb3\u5c08\u5229\u6b0a\uff0c\u5247\u7531\u88ab\u67e5\u6263\u4eba\u8ca0\u64d4\u524d\u8ff0\u8cbb\u7528\uff1b\u5426\u5247\uff0c\u5373\u7531\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u8ca0\u64d4\u3002\u4e14\u524d\u8ff0\u8cbb\u7528\u5f97\u512a\u5148\u65bc\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u6216\u88ab\u67e5\u6263\u4eba\u4e4b\u640d\u5bb3\u5c31\u4fdd\u8b49\u91d1\u53d7\u511f\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5176\u4ed6<br>\u95dc\u65bc\u56e0\u67e5\u6263\u81f4\u88ab\u67e5\u6263\u4eba\u6240\u53d7\u4e4b\u640d\u5bb3\u3001\u4fdd\u8b49\u91d1
