class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u7f8e\u570b\u5c08\u5229\u6cd5\u7b2c112\u689d\u898f\u5b9a<br>The specification shall contain a written description of the invention, and of the manner and process of making and using it, in such full, clear, concise, and exact terms as to enable any person skilled in the art to which it pertains, or with which it is most nearly connected, to make and use the same, and shall set forth the best mode contemplated by the inventor by the inventor of carrying out his mode\uff08\u6700\u9069\u614b\u6a23\uff09\u8981\u4ef6\u3002<br><br>\u53c8\u524d\u8ff0\u689d\u6587\u4e2d\u96d6\u7121\u300c\u901a\u5e38\u719f\u7fd2\u8a72\u6280\u85dd\u4e4b\u4eba\u58eb\u300d\uff08any person skilled ordinarily in the art\uff09\u4e4b\u300c\u901a\u5e38\u300d\u4e00\u8a5e\uff0c\u4f46\u4e00\u822c\u89e3\u91cb\u5247\u6307one of ordinary skill in the art\u7121\u8aa4\u3002<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u300c\u53ef\u5be6\u65bd\u8981\u4ef6\u300d\uff08enablement\uff09\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u53ef\u5be6\u65bd\u8981\u4ef6\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u7533\u8acb\u6642\u5373\u4e88\u6eff\u8db3\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5c0d\u7269\u4e4b\u767c\u660e\uff0c\u9808\u5c0d\u8acb\u6c42\u4e4b\u767c\u660e\u7684\u88fd\u9020\u65b9\u6cd5\uff08how to make\uff09\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u6cd5\uff08how to use\uff09\u5747\u6709\u63ed\u793a\u624d\u53ef\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\uff0c\u6a5f\u68b0\u767c\u660e\u5728\u88fd\u6cd5\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u6cd5\u65b9\u9762\u5e38\u5c6c\u986f\u800c\u6613\u77e5\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6bd4\u8f03\u6709\u554f\u984c\u8005\u662f\u5316\u5b78\u767c\u660e\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5982\u5728\u7533\u8acb\u6642\uff0c\u5c0d\u719f\u7fd2\u8a72\u6280\u85dd\u8005\u800c\u8a00\u4fc2\u5df2\u77e5\u4e4b\u6280\u8853\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u5247\u4e0d\u9808\u7279\u5225\u8aaa\u660e\u3002<br>\uff1c\u4f8b\uff1e\u767c\u660e\u65b0\u85e5\uff0c\u4f46\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u6cd5\u672a\u8ff0\u660e\uff0c\u5247\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u5982\u8981\u4f7f\u7528\u8a72\u767c\u660e\u5247\u9808\u81ea\u5df1\u53bb\u767c\u73fe\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e4b\u60c5\u5f62\uff0c\u6b64\u6642\u5247\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u4e88\u5c08\u5229\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u63ed\u793a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5fc5\u9808\u4f7f\u5728\u8a72\u6280\u8853\u9818\u57df\u5177\u6709\u77e5\u8b58\u4e4b\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u8a72\u77e5\u8b58\u800c\u4e0d\u5fc5\u6709\u300c\u4e0d\u7576\uff08\u904e\u5ea6\uff09\u4e4b\u5be6\u9a57\u300d\uff08undue start=\"3\">\n<li>\u300c\u6700\u9069\u614b\u6a23\u300d\uff08Best Mode\uff09\n<ul invention\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7f8e\u570b\u6709\u6b64\u8981\u4ef6\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u7f8e\u570b\u63a1\u53d6\u5148\u767c\u660e\u4e3b\u7fa9\uff0c\u767c\u660e\u4eba\u81ea\u767c\u660e\u516c\u958b\u65e5\u8d77\u6709\u4e00\u5e74\u4e4b\u7336\u8c6b\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5176\u63ed\u793a\u8981\u4ef6\u8f03\u56b4\u3002\u540c\u6642\u7f8e\u570b\u4eba\u4ea6\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u662f\u6b63\u7fa9\u611f\u4e4b\u5448\u73fe\u3002 \u4f46\u662f\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5167\u4e5f\u6709\u4eba\u53cd\u5c0d\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u7533\u8acb\u65e5\u4e4bbest mode\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u662f\u73fe\u5728\u7684best mode\uff0c\u4e14\u4e3b\u89c0\u7684best mode\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u548c\u5ba2\u89c0\u7684best
